CBNU has promised various interchanges and school exchanges with Shimane University in Japan. To achieve this, the chief and authorities of Shimane University visited CBNU to have an agreement ceremony with CBNU's President Suh Geo-suk. Under the agreement, students can study language abroad and have a culture experience through funds subsidized by the both universities. CBNU also decided to invite Shimane University's students to a national summer university and ‘Feeling Korea’ program which is held for nationally distinguished students of universities. Both universities also offer students the opportunity for working together. President Suh said, "This agreement opens the road to CBNU's students for progressing over the nation. Both universities will support students to compete globally."
