Their accompanied performance tunes were S. Rachmaninov / Piano Concerto No.2 in C minor, OP.18 and D. Shostakovich / Symphony No.5 in D minor, OP.47. The first performance started with pianist Dorian Leljak's bow. When his finger banged on the piano keys, his image was so graceful. Also, the melody was so sweet, elegant and beautiful from his piano keys. The symphony orchestra members made perfect harmony and gave a wonderful performance to the piano accompaniment. I listened to the music, holding my breath. When the performance of about 26 minutes ended, all the audience applauded to the great performance as if we were promised. The second performance started after a short break. The second performance was the symphony members’ performance without the pianist. In this performance, an unusual point was the appearances of harp and percussion. The sound of the harp was so elegant and rich. This sound shook my mind. This performance was concluded in about 45 minutes, which I felt very short. Every person in the hall applauded the second performance, too.
This chance was so amazing, wonderful and exciting to me. I wonder how such beautiful harmony can be possible from each instrument. The pianist, conductor and orchestra members gave an excellent performance. This performance was a great experience to me. I am interested in symphony orchestra and many instruments since the performance. Also, I will never miss the next chance to appreciate the fantastic sounds.
