Helsinki International Korea Studies, founded by experts to suggest various discourse for globalization of Korean culture, had an inaugural meeting at CBNU. To inform the world about the diversity and excellence of Korean culture, this research group planned to develop various and creative contents with symbols and characters representing Korean culture with the 100 International Standard Book Number (ISBN) given by the University of Helsinki. Also, to enhance the status of Korean culture, they will make videos and brochures for foreigners to easily understand and how to use them as website textbooks. These creative contents will be posted on YouTube to communicate with people around the world. Many experts including Professor Chin Sang-bum, who is leading this institution, participated in the meeting to discuss the topic.
